Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for the physical card and keep using it. Creating and sharing a digital card in the Nexcard app is free, with no monthly fee.
A Pro plan (₹999/year) for teams and businesses is on the way. It adds branding and lead export, but the free plan keeps working as it does today.
Are the prices shown with GST?
Product prices are listed before GST. 18% GST is added to the product subtotal at checkout. Every price on this page also shows the total with GST, so there are no surprises.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free across India when the product subtotal is ₹999 or more. Below that there is a flat ₹49 delivery fee. GST is calculated on the products, not on shipping.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you place the order. Our team contacts you on your mobile number or email to confirm the details and collect payment. Cards are printed after the order is confirmed.
Do you offer prices for teams?
Every card is priced as listed on this page. For a team or bulk order, send an enquiry on the For business page with your team size and card type, and we will reply by email.
What will Pro cost?
Pro is coming soon at ₹999/year. It adds custom branding, multiple brands, CSV export of leads and priority support. The free plan keeps working as it does today. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.
What is your return policy?
Cards printed with your name or logo are made for you, so we cannot take them back unless they arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly. In that case write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the card free of charge. Unused non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days.
